Hotel is quite old and i wouldnt rank as 4 starfor me 3. Facilities inside room old bad lightening, location is good tho

I liked the location of property, it id close to beach there are near food courts and massage centers

Ac is very old and breakfast can be improved, not so much variety and its also open to people not stay in hotel hence even though its 6-10am by the time 9am not much choices left and they will not refill

Close to everything but overpriced for what it is

Close to everything - patong beach a few minutes walk down the road. 10 min walk to Bangla road, roof top with nice views. Friendly staff

Breakfast is a bit poor, not enough choice. Road noise Roof top only 7 chairs, gets overcrowded and no place to sit if you want to sunbed.

The rooftop, the room we got was spacious. It was clean and comfy

The pool water was a bit dirty. Im not sure how often they change the water.

Nice place to stay in Patong

The hotel and the staff are nice, the room is comfortable and in a good location. The pool on the top is stunning. Close to the market but away from the crowd. Highly recommend.

Good location next to hard rock cafe, 711, and food centrals, amazing roof top pool view, clean, good breakfast plus friendly and accommodating staff

The lightings are just not uplifting and noisy cos our room was next beside the road. Wifi also on-off.

The rooftop pool!!! Stunning view to the sea and mountains made this hotel. Location was great, close enough to the night life but not noisy at all. Cheap massages, food etc nearby. Free scooter parking in basement.

Requires maintenance I.e deck chairs need replacing. Poor workmanship in the bathrooms, not the best tiling.

Noisy, bustling Patong. Great roof top pool.

Roof top pool is awesome. Our room was compact with a very small balcony and the bathroom was too small. Great selection of pillows to choose from. The location is right in the thick of it with the Hard Rock cafe within sight which means you have to put up with a bit of noise at night, sirens, yelling and screaming and motorbikes revving past. Staff were very friendly and helpful but the limitations within the resort are obvious. Breakfast was ok with a choice of Western food, eggs and toast, omelettes and baked beans plus a selection of Thai food and soup.

Small room and balcony and the bathroom was just too small. It was comfortable and good air con. The bed has these stupid out riggers on each corner and we would run into them all the time. TV was terrible even though they tried to fix it the picture was like 4/10. Front door would`nt open more than 600mm as it was jamming on the floor and the 6th floor is actually floor 5 1/2. Hey this is Thailand so go with the flow, again staff were fantastic.

Perfect location and Hotel.

I liked the rooftop pool and there are 2 towels for pool in the room. The view is amazing from rooftop. The staff are quite friendly. I really liked the room. It was just what I needed for a few nights. Room service cleaned room very well each day and changed towels etc. Very quiet and far enough from the action, but very nice walking distance to get home. Had my guest come stay both nights and no one said a word to me.

Just need an iron. After clothes are in a suitcase they need to be ironed.

Wonderful

Location was convenient. I did not find it to be too noisy to sleep. The walk to the beach was easy and only took about 10 minutes.

The pool had a significant lack of shade, I wasn't able to use it because I already had a bit of sunburn.
